Yoga classes with Ellen are tailored to help you explore your body in layers, empower, balance, and progress toward improved health and well-being. Since yoga is a holistic discipline, teaching that the mind, body, and spirit are connected, yoga can help you to go beyond the results from traditional fitness programs.

A non-traditional exercise class combining cardiovascular conditioning with a focus on the breath, light weights, yoga, and stretching, while building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Each class is tailored to your individual needs, with the emphasis on instruction and alignment. Re- educate your body with movement patterns and posture, to work more efficiently. Enjoy a personalized class in a small group setting.
